What should my application include?

Your application should contain the following:
• CV and cover letter (in English)
• Work samples, portfolio, etc.
• Work related recommendation letters or references
• Salary expectations and earliest starting date
• Your Xing or LinkedIn profile (if you have one)


Should I apply in English or in German?

Please submit all application materials in English. Since we have people from over 13 countries working at Sproing, our company language is English. Only submitted materials with CV and cover letters (both in English) will be considered.

How does the application procedure work?

All job applications are screened by our Human Resources department, and then forwarded to the appropriate department head who is responsible for the selection process. If your application is selected, the department head may request more information in the form of a questionnaire or Skype interview, before scheduling an on-site visit.

How long is the normaI wait time after submitting my application?

We usually respond within 3 weeks for positions posted on this website. While Sproing accepts unsolicited applications, we do not have time to reply to all of them.

Does Sproing offer internships?

Yes! The number of internships varies from year to year and between departments. Internships can last between 1 and 4 months, though most are typically at least 3 months long. The amount that the internships pay varies based on the department.
